I’ve spent many years supporting individuals with mild to moderate mental health concerns - from young adults finding their footing to those in their wiser years navigating life’s later chapters. My background spans youth work, mentoring, group facilitation, and one‑to‑one wellbeing support.
My practice is shaped by ongoing professional development and study, which continue to deepen and strengthen the way I work. For more than 15 years, I’ve supported people across the Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes communities, including those affected by poor mental health, neurodivergent individuals, and young people with complex physical or emotional needs. These experiences have taught me that wellbeing isn’t about fixing people - it’s about walking alongside them with compassion and respect.

Through the many roles I hold - wife, mother of three, daughter, and sister - I’ve moved through my own seasons of challenge, change, and growth. The scars left by life’s harder chapters have deepened my empathy and strengthened my resilience. They don’t define my work, but they remind me that every person’s journey is layered, personal, and deserving of compassion.
I am driven by a simple belief: people deserve spaces where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My approach is grounded in trauma‑informed principles, prioritising safety and trust in every interaction. Together, these values help create a space where people can explore their wellbeing at a pace that feels right for them, without pressure or judgement.
